These babies, inspired by an original 19th century miniature penny-wooden (or peg-wooden) doll in the artist's private collection, average 4" high. They make a charming addition in the arms of a larger figure or in a doll house setting. Each is a numbered one-of-a-kind.

Bits of silk and antique materials are used to create the hand sewn garments and accessories. Most accessories are handmade by the artist, including the straw bonnets and wigs.

Please note these babies are not designed to be freestanding like Susan's larger figures. However, they can sit without assistance.
